I don't really understand this question. In a REGISTER, the To field
contains my address that I will receive calls to for that proxy. The Contact
contains the address on my host. So, for example, when I register with
dynamicsoft.com, this might look like:
REGISTER sip:dynamicsoft.com SIP/2.0
From: sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
To: sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Contact: sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

If there are no registered Contacts, and a first register comes without a
Contact, it changes nothing, so that there remain no registered contacts.
