Well, it's more than two months since publishing of
draft-donovan-publish-requirements-00.txt. And just to recap, this draft
basically mention if SIP or non-SIP is a good candidate to upload service
data like CPL, SIP-CGI, Presence documents.... Also it mentions what would
be requirement of the proposed draft.

But I cannot recall any further discussion if SIP is a good candidate then
what would be the new method to upload he data from client to server. Just
wondering is there any plan to come up with a new draft based on the
requirement of draft-donovan-publish-requirements-00.txt. As it is decided
not to overload REGISTER method for this uploading purpose, are we planning
to come up with new method or to select method from the existing ones?

regards, mohib

I believe the idea is to fold in the requirements of
draft-donovan-publish-requirements-00.txt. For example, this will mean a
new method rather than overloading REGISTER.
