Hi all,
i have downloaded Ubiquity User Agent "SIP_User_Agent_2.0" From
sipcenter to test my useragent. the first test i conducted is as
follows..

1. Sending INVITE from Ubiquity UA (UA-1) to my UA(UA-2).
2. UA-2 replies with 100 (Trying)
3. UA-1 displays TRYING on its status bar
4. UA-2 sends 180 (Ringing).
5. UA-1 displays RINGING on its status bar
6. UA-2 sends 200 (OK) ... it retransmits for 7 times waiting for
ACK from UA-1
7. UA-1 receives 200 ( i can see that using packet capture utility).
8. now UA-1 generates ACK message,
but in this ACK message contains badly formed Request URI as
" sip:sip:100.10.1.55 "
two times "sip:sip:" is there and the address it is pointing ..i.e
"100.10.1.55" is the machine where it is running.
even the packet capture utility does not record any ACK message from
UA-1 to UA-2 ?? (may be loop back)..
9. UA-2 after retransmission of 200 (OK) message disconnects.

so..what i'm donig is correct?? is this a bug in UA-1 ??

plz give me ursuggesion abt it.

also if any one can plz let me know abt other UA which i can download
ant test my UA for RFC compliance!

TIA
Sachin K
