Just to clarify: by persistent TCP/TLS connections, I meant the UA establishes a connection with a Proxy/Registrar, and the REGISTER transaction messages are sent/received on that connection. The UA leaves that connection open, and expects to receive INVITE and other requests on that same open connection. This is how I read draft-ietf-sip-nat-01. Are you saying that this is already in 2543-bis? I think I'm missing something. btw, I'm not concerned with SIP on UDP, or RTP --only SIP on TCP or TLS. thanks, -- Kevin Packard blackfrog software, inc. 603-424-3356 http://www.blackfrog.com _______________________________________________ Sip-implementors mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.cs.columbia.edu/mailman/listinfo/sip-implementors
