[Sip-implementors] RE:end to end headers and proprietary headers

I have a few questions about end-to-end headers.
Which headers are end-to-end?
If a header is end to end, and the call path includes a b2bua, is the b2bua required 
to pass on the header?
Finally, if a proprietary header is defined, is a b2bua required to pass on the header?
