Here are a few questions we don't have answers to... 1) Who (which layer) is supposed to populate the maddr header field? 2) Can TTL be greater than 1 for multicast? What behavior is expected if one were to receive a multicast message with TTL is not zero? 3) What are the applications of multicast?
