Pardon me if this doubt has already been clarified. The
defination for TimeStamp goes as follows in draft.
Timestamp = "Timestamp" HCOLON 1*(DIGIT)["."*(DIGIT)][delay]
delay = *(DIGIT)["."*(DIGIT)]
Since there is no delimiter between the first 1*(DIGIT)["."*(DIGIT)]
and delay, How does one find out where the delay starts.
