Generally speaking, it is usually not necesary to call the charging 
information an sip, and there are good reasons for it.

Normally its done with voice prompts.

If you have a PC terminal, HTML is not the wrong thing, but its not 
likely that these terminals will render the HTML. I would instead advise 
you to look at:
