  "In the case where the UAC isn't aware of the
   session timer extension, a proxy that receives 
   a session refresh request with a Session-Expires 
   lower than the configured minimum places the 
   Min-SE header field in the proxied request, and 
   increases the Session-Expires header field value 
   to that minimum." 

The UAS should basically act the same and 
increase the Session-Expires.  Section 9 and/or 
section 8.1 should potentially be updated to 
reflect the situation.
