hello all, i have a question about UPDATE message. it's used to negotiate a QoS for the voice communication channel, right? but my question is how it's related to QoS infrastructure in, for example, Win2k network infrastructure? is RSVP traffic handled by my UAC or by Win2k infrastructure (RSVP.exe and rsvpsp.dll)?
