Hmm... sorry, I should have been more precise.

By this, I meant normal 3261 behavior: the Route set can't be
updated, but the Contact can. I should have clarified that my
intention, at least, is that SUBSCRIBE can retarget. This will
be clearer in future versions of the specification.
