Prasanna is possibly referring to PRACK. 

In your situation Prakash, I would contact Pingtel support. Usually they are
very quick in resolving such issues. Lucent had its own soft-client which would
support this sequence. You can find out internally if anyone has it for your
purposes of test. Did you try MSN soft-client?
