Hello,
Is it necessary for a proxy to carry forward the body provided by an UA
even in the case of a hop-by-hop message?
for example
Topology
A ---> P ---> B
If A sends an INVITE request to B through P, and B responds with a 400
having a body, is it mandatory for the proxy P to forward the body to A.
If A sent a CANCEL to B bearing a body, is it required for the proxy to
forward the body to B.
