 I think its not a legal scenario.Moreover your quote "The caller probably
didn't support TLS but used a sips URL in the initial request so as to
ensure secure communication".Assuming only TLS is the standard used to
establish secure comm,then how can both be true simultaneously?(Not
supporting TLS and needing secure communications)
