The credentials for ACK will be different from that for the INVITE. This
is because the nc value will be incremented and the method name is
different.

      It should be exactly the same as the original
INVITE - it need not be recomputed using the ACK method.
Ref Section 22.1 of the RFC:
"UACs creating an ACK message will duplicate all of
the Authorization and Proxy-Authorization header field
values that appeared in the INVITE to which the ACK
corresponds."

RFC 3261 specifies that the ACK message must contain the same
credentials
as the INVITE. In case of digest authentication, should those
credentials
be exactly the same as the ones in the original INVITE, or should they
be
re-generated for ACK method?
