I probably should not ask you this, but was wondering if some could help me to figure out a small problem that I am having with Motorola sip implementation. I am working on sip protocol , and found interesting thing that Motorola Winphoria server does not use SDP for transport protocol/ports negotiation , they stick all the fields that SDP provides directly into SIP header then all audio goes on port 2300 and RTCP 2301. I also don’t see any media and connection negotiation.
Have any of you ever seen this before ? I can not find this in RFC 3261 or in any other RFC's

Also do you know by any chance what this means:
SIP/3.C 200 OK
By the standard you should have
version as 2.0:
SIP/2.0 200 OK
