In addition to those mentioned, you can always use SIP's Re-Invite feature
to take care of terminal mobility without any need to add another protocol.
Thanks

Subject: [Sip-implementors] IP change during RTP session

Hi all,
I'm interested in a project-protocol that enables a SIP UA to change IP
Address during a RTP session WITHOUT any sensible perception from users.
In other words, how can I acquire a new IP Address and refresh media
information for a session in about (or less than) half a second?
I read something about SCTP and Mobile SCTP (M-SCTP), and also about MIP
(Mobile IP) and CIP (Cellular IP). What do you think about these
solutions?

Thank you in advance.
Giacomo
