I am writing this as a response to numerous requests about SIP references/resources/developers tools. Starting today you guys can take a look at the Annotated version of the SIP RFC (3261). No modifications of course to any of the contents of the SIP RFC (3261). Only additions of hundreds of footnotes, formatting and hyper-links (external and cross references). People with Ms Word (web option ON) can use it as a powerful working tool for back-and-forth navigation between associated sections and elaborations/clarifications viewing.
