Brett,

The ACK sent by the pingtel phone DID work
when I configured the phone to not go through
the outbound proxy.

The UAS did receive the ACK. It appears that the
outbound proxy which I was using did not have the
ability to forward the ACK to UAS based on the
Request-URI.
