I feel, that in a crossed BYE case, both the UA's would return 200 OK, But the 200 for BYE would be generated not because there is a transaction, but because there are Dialogs on both sides. I think the draft says, that when sending the BYE a Session has to be stopped or terminated, and therefore the dialog will still be there and will be terminated on receipt of a 200 OK or any final response ?
