      I haven't seen in 2976 were it is forbidden to do this, but the
description of the purpose | use of the INFO method is for notification of
"mid-call" events - which directs it's use to a call who's dialog is
comfirmed.

      If sent before a 200 OK - at the very least it would need to be sent
in the early dialog state for matching purposes ?. Can you explain the need
to use INFO in a dialog that is not comfirmed ?.
