I would like to know about the behaviour of a UAC when it receives 180 response
like this:
UAC --INVITE -------------> UAS
Supported: 100rel
UAC <---- 180 Ringing ----- UAS
Rseq: 1
Please note that there is no Required: 100rel in 180. As I understand, when
there is no Required: 100rel, the Rseq header can be ignored.
Please Correct me if I am wrong.
