Dear All,
a quick question regarding possible SIP behaviour.

If an INVITE request is determined to be too large to be sent over UDP (and therefore has to be sent by TCP) should future requests such as ACK and BYE also be sent over TCP, even if it is determined that they are small enough to be handled by UDP?

I have had a quick look at RFC 3261 but I don't think it mentions anything about this scenario. I could of course be wrong!

All advice gratefully accepted.

Regards,
   Steve.
