Below is WWW-Authenticate header extracted from a Register packet

opaque="Lss:scsf-stdn.ims-001.ims.server.com",algorithm=MD5,qop="auth"
Is qop value to be a quoted string ?
Which is as per the rfc , qop="auth" or qop=auth ?
If qop="auth" is as per RFC, should it be sent again with quoted string in
the resulting authorization header ?
Also should nc be a quoted string ?
Which of the below is correct ?
