Yes. I know the tables.

But a problem is that no UA exists (afaik) which understands the PAI header
field. All UAs only present the From header on being called.

Also on PSTN there are no ISDN terminals (afaik) which offer both identities
or some configurable policy parameter.

Looking at the user equipment I have the impression that the concept of both
identities is not well understood and therefore also not well implemented.
