One query for u all

In a call scenario when offerer sends an INVITE to support different
media codec (assuming 0 8 2) and gets a 200 OK response form the
answerer with supporting only one codec (assume 0).

In this case as the offerer knows that the answerer is going to send
only one of the codec (as specified in the 200 OK by the answerer).
Isn't the offer answer is complete?

Or the offerer is required to send a new offer with only one of the
codec sent by the answerer and expect a response for it.

The call flow is:

Offerer                                         Answerer

   ---INV w SDP + IAM Cseq=10(codec value=0, 8, 2) -->

   <------183 + ACM---------

   <------180 + CPG---------

   <------200 OK (codec value=0) --------

   -------ACK------------->

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Voice path

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

  -re-INVITE w PCMU Cseq=11 (codec value=0) ----> Is this re-invite is
required by offerer as it already knows the unique codec value used by
the answerer?
