10.2 Constructing the REGISTER Request
Request-URI: The Request-URI names the domain of the location
service for which the registration is meant (for example,
"sip:chicago.com"). The "userinfo" and "@" components of the
SIP URI MUST NOT be present.

Now when i look at example scenarios in rfc 3665 for registration scenarios the
first example has REGISTER Request-Line as
REGISTER sips:ss2.biloxi.example.com SIP/2.0
where the ss2.biloxi.example.com is the server node which is acting as
registrar.
Now which of these is correct.
My second question is :
If the Request only contains domain name then How a proxy server will determine
Next
Hop Address and transport from domain name ONLY (in case this server is not
configured
to handle registrations for this domain it has to some how forward it IF it
can).
