Hi All, I am beginning a project to implement a SIP-based IM & Presence server, and I am looking for advice with regards Open Source implementations.
I have not come across any Open Source SIMPLE servers. But there are obviously quite a few Open Source SIP server implementations. I'm thinking that the best approach is to use an Open Source SIP server and implement the SIMPLE layer myself . Can any one tell me whether this approach makes sense, and if so, recommend a SIP-based Open Source implementation suitable to the task?
