I will look at OpenSer and sipXecs. Licensing may be an issue, particularly
OpenSer being under GPL.

I am also looking at JAIN-SIP which uses Apache Licensing, which is more
attractive.

I'm also concerned about foot-print and complexity of deployment, given that
IM & Presence are the only applications I am interested in.
