Whats meant under domain ?
Like request-URI may have IP address too in host part of uri.
For example: sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED]
How this check is done in real-world ?
In practice, most proxies consider that they "are responsible for"
certain particular domain names, and all others (and all IP addresses)
they consider themselves to not be responsible for.
