Can somebody tell me if "604" response can be sent by Caller to UAS after the
Invite transaction is complete? Also there is no request exist for "604"
response.
The TO tag, From tag, and Call Id matches from Invite Transaction.
I guess it's SIP specification violation to have response without any request.
But I am not able to find this reference in rfc 3261.
