I have doubt on the SIP messagee body, consider the message has SDP
and ISUP payloads, iam constructing the sip packet using Structures
in C, I referd the document RFC 3204, i have doubt on following
   fields...

1.content length : is it tells the lenght of SDP ?

Content-Length (if present) is the length of the entire body. In your
case, the body is a MIME-multipart, which contains both the SDP and
ISUP, along with the MIME-multipart overhead.

   2.content type :

The entire body will have type multipart/alternative. Within the
multipart type, the types of each body part is given. The SDP will be
application/sdp.

3.unique boundary : how we will know the boundaries of SDP and ISUP
   or other payloads if present?

The multipart separator is specified in the 'boundary' parameter of
the multipart/alternative type.

See section 7.2 of RFC 1341 for all the details.
