I have seen your logs.
See, the typical scenario in offer answer exchange is
that the answer to an offer is contained in 200OK and
if caller doesn't accept that answer it sends a BYE
immediatly after receiving 200OK.

So I guess the same situation is occuring here also.
If you see the logs care fully then the only difference between the
two answers contained in 200ok is this:


a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000

a=fmtp:101 0-15



Call_Working file contains this media attribute but Call_NOT_Working doesn't
contain it.

Here onward you can start your analysis.
