"received" and "rport" must be added together  to *received* request's top via 
when UAS  gets request.
While it's not mandatory when you add your Via sending request as a UAC.

So I think it does not break RFC3261

Thanks Rockson, but I already understand the behaviour for "rport" parameter. 
My doubt was about the mandatory or not mandatory use of "received" parameter 
when "rport" is present.
