Well, subject to authorization, anybody can do an unregister of any
contact from any registrar. So if it can get authorized, your AS can do
that.
But that may not be a good thing if the UA doesn't know it has been
unregistered. IMS uses the reg event package to allow the UA to know it
has been unregistered.
