When UAS early dialog get into confirmed state ?
In rfc 3261 12.
A dialog can also be in the "early" state, which occurs when it is
created with a provisional response,
and then transition to the "confirmed" state when a 2xx final
response arrives.
From there: it's confirmed when 2xx is sent.
Now ....
RFC 3261 13.3.1.4.
If the server retransmits the 2xx response for 64*T1 seconds without
receiving an ACK, the dialog is confirmed, but the session SHOULD be
terminated. This is accomplished with a BYE, as described in Section
15.
From there: It's confirmed only if ACK received or wait time reached.
Seems i miss the place in rfc what gives 100% answer to it.
