Hi, does an in-dialog CANCEL for a re-INVITE make sense?Well, I understand that a re-INVITE never requires human input so it'sautomatically replied by the UAS/proxy, but what about if the UACsends a CANCEL for a re-INVITE? Is is safe to ignore (this is: reply 200 and forget it) an in-dialog CANCEL? I believe so, since a 200 response to the CANCEL only indicates that the CANCEL was received. If the INVITE proceeds and does not return 487, then the UAC knows that the CANCEL failed to stop the INVITE.
