True it is not specified in the RFC 3326, but I feel the behavior of proxies 
should be such that they respect the custom headers in a BYE or CANCEL, unless 
privacy issues forbid them.

Thanks, but I wonder: where is it specified? I've never read that a proxy 
should respect "custom" headers in a CANCEL (note that CANCEL is hop by hop, so 
there is no theoricall requeriment to respect custom headers).
