Thanks, but let me insist a bit on it:
BYE is an in-dialog request and it's routed by the proxy, so the proxy
should bypass any header in a BYE request.
But CANCEL is hop-by-hop (alice doesn't send the CANCEL to bob, but to
the proxy, and the proxy generates a *new* CANCEL for bob pending
branches). Note I'm always considering a stateful proxy.
