Hi , I don't think anything is wrong with your SDP. But I think the problem is at the far end or you need to check what is received in answer. If far end has answered with media attributes "inactive" then you will not be listening any media. Also make sure that you have audio sink listening on this port for media. I hope all that is already taken care of.
