> What do we mean by Dialog-Stateful Proxy?

It is basically the same as "Call Stateful" proxy defined in rfc3261 section 6;
however the generic term "Dialog" also applies to subscriptions.

<snip>

> As per the line above "A dialog-stateful proxy, for example,
> MAY refuse to accept future requests with that value in the
> Request-URI after the dialog has terminated." does it mean
> the Dialog-Stateful proxy maintains the past dialog information
> even after the dialog is terminated?

The sentence is referring to how a proxy may handle receiving requests
associated with a unknown/terminated dialog. For those interested,
draft-ietf-sipcore-invfix changes/discusses some things (like "stray INVITE
responses") which must no longer be proxied.
