the port number is set to zero to alert Alice that he doesn't want to receive 
any video stream (use case 1).
if he wants to receive the stream but want to alert Alice that he can't send 
video stream then add "a=recvonly" attribute (use case 2).

If bob SDP contains port zero for the video stream, where will alice
send the video streman then?
Doesn't port zero mean that such media stream is dissabled?

8.2 Removing a Media Stream

   Existing media streams are removed by creating a new SDP with the
   port number for that stream set to zero.
   [...]
   Removal of a media stream implies that media is no longer sent for
   that stream, and any media that is received is discarded.



So this means that one-way RTP stream is not allowed in SDP
negociation, am I wrong?
