I believe that in this case it is symmetric RTP, because the same local port
is used for sending and receiving.

In my case RTP packets travel from

siemens_ip:2148 ---> remote_proxy_ip:13524
and
siemens_ip:2148 <-- remove_proxy_ip:13524


And looking at the SDP signalling it should be like this:

siemens_ip:19100 ---> remote_proxy_ip:13524
and
siemens_ip:19100 <-- remove_proxy_ip:13524
