I don't know what is happening in your system, but there are a couple of things 
to watch out for:

Sometimes NATs reallocate ports as well as IP addresses.

Strictly speaking, you are seeing RTP going to a port other than the one listed 
in the SDP.  Unless you know your capture software very well, it's possible 
that some element is receiving that RTP and retransmitting it to the specified 
port, but that your capture software isn't seeing it.  (I've had that happen to 
me, and it was very confusing.)

Can you determine what is listening on the port that is receiving the RTP?
