Dear All, I have the problem, where my SBC is sending BYE(after some time gap) after getting the ACK in the correspondence of 200 OK to my source UA.
Basically this is the IWF call, and i can see there is nothing wrong into the signaling side. While i was on the phone then there was the dead air all the time and after few minutes the call got disconnected. I saw that my source UA is offering g.729 & CN(old) with payload of 18 & 19 in initial offer. Here is what my understanding says...that after getting the ACK... MSX was waiting to get the media socket on, but unfortunately when it didn't opened, then the timer got fired and it sends the BYE to source UA. Could anyone please share there understanding and please help me to find out the root cause.. I can share the traces if its required.
