Dear, Is it possible for a reliable provisional response to have an empty Supported header and a Require: 100rel header at the sametime? In this case, is the Require header supposed to have a higher priority than Supported header, and thus PRACK should be sent anyway?
A sample 180 response is as follows. SIP/2.0 180 Ringing .......... Supported: Require: 100rel RSeq: 402604517 Allow: ACK,BYE,CANCEL,INFO,INVITE,OPTIONS,PRACK,REFER,NOTIFY,UPDATE ..........
