I hope somebody can provide some more explanation of how to understand a Referred-to header. _______________________________________________ There is a generic process for constructing a request based on a URI. It is given in RFC 3261 section 19.1.1. That process is applied to the Refer-To header value to construct the INVITE that the receiver of the REFER sends. You populate the Refer-To header so as to cause the receiver to send the INVITE that you desire.
