Sorry, this is my fault.  Ali had sent the e-mail twice to the list, but the
first time it was held up in the moderator approval queue (he hadn't
subscribed yet).  

I cleared the queue on Monday, and approved the message -- I probably should
have rejected it as a duplicate.  (I had somehow overlooked the initial
moderator approval request from the mailing list.)

Notice that the date on his e-mail was November 29th.

Sorry again for the confusion.
