I have a question about presence service.
watchers ------>Subscribe----> Presence Server <----------------Publish from
endpoint.
Watchers would subscribe for endpoints state with presence server, the server
would send notify whenever there is a change in endpoint state.
The endpoints would send publish to presence server whenever there is a change
in state.
My question is how would endpoints know when to send Publish to presence server
and what exactly would the publish convey. This is probably a very basic
question, would be of great help if somebody could clarify this.
