Dear All,
As per RFC3261 reserved characters are: ";" / "/" /
"?" / ":" / "@" / "&" / "=" / "+" / "$" / ","
And Mark Characters are: "-" / "_" / "." / "!" /
"~" / "*" / "'" / "(" / ")"
But I have question where other characters are consider in
reserved list OR unreserved list which are not in this list like "^" / "%"
etc.
